Glenn Loh is the Executive Director at The Hunting Ridge Group Pte Ltd, a HR consultancy that specializes in people development and talent management. As a trainer and career coach with 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, Banking & Finance, HR Consultation, Insurance, Automotives and Professional Services , he serves at local universities and the banking and finance industry.

Prior to this, he was the Head of Campus Recruitment and Development at UBS AG Singapore Branch, and he looked after the hiring and development of young talent through 2 main offerings:

i) Summer Internship Program -10 week program which starts in May

ii) Graduate Talent Program (GTP) -18-24 months program which starts in Jul.

As the GTP Head of Learning for Asia Pacific , he looked after the ongoing development of GTP hires in the region and delivered a series of structured workshops, coaching and networking activities for the firms junior talents.

Training Experience

 

Glenn has over 10 years of training experience, most recently with the UBS University as a Senior Trainer & Head of Advisory and Sales Training, Asia-Pacific. With focus on the Wealth Management business, he is a passionate speaker and facilitator and was responsible for the soft-skills components of UBS Wealth Management Diploma for the region. This includes a series of online learning, face to face classroom delivery and a client case study assessment to pull the learning together.

He joined UBS in 2013 from the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) where he spent 5 years managing and delivering sales, leadership, coaching and train-the-trainer programs as Head of Learning & Development, Priority Banking Singapore. As the Master Trainer since 2010, he has facilitated train-the-trainer programs in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Hong Kong, China, India, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, and Vanuatu; building teams through a series of transformational learning interventions.
